Sound expertise in HR and change management

Véronique has been serving Luxembourg companies for the last 25 years, more than 20 years in Management & HR advisory services and 4 years in the banking sector.

Before setting-up Arpeggio Luxembourg in September 2010, she was HR Services Manager at SD Worx Luxembourg since January 2006.

She acquired a sound experience of conducting HR projects more specifically in the areas of Change Management, HR Management processes, HR audits and HR balanced scorecards (definition and implementation of KPI's).

She is also moderating training sessions (inter-company and customised) relating to HR Management processes (recruitment & integration, talent & performance management) and personal development (e.g. management & leadership, train the trainer, efficient conduct of meeting or speaking in public).

Her previous experience as a Senior Manager within KPMG HR Advisory Services in Luxembourg enabled her to gain experience in Compensation & Benefits and subsequent remuneration benchmarks as she was in charge of the Compensation Survey dedicated to the Financial Sector between 1997 and 2005.

Véronique is also a certified trainer for behavioral assessment tool.

She demonstrates outstanding communication and adaptation skills in qualifiying client needs and facilitating workshops and training sessions, that will meet business expectations.
